UK DJ/producer, Caspa, has brought his dubstep stylings to Ludacris' club-smasher "How Low". This remix gives the track more of a trap sound, with its slower tempo and heavy snares, as opposed to the original Ludacris production that supplies a speedy dance beat. Caspa compliments this trap-like reworking with some wobbly bass effects and a hip-hop key progression, while adding fast builds that allow for its heavy trap sound to hit even harder when the slowed tempo drops back in. This remix is an example of how dubstep and trap have begun to go hand in hand with each other. With artists like Skrillex beginning to incorporate a trap sound in some productions, we may begin to see more dubstep producers come out with trap tracks and remixes like this one, throughout trap's continued rise in popularity.
