Chet Faker and Banks Take Us Back To ‘1998’

Since debuting his chops on Flume's first album Chet Faker has taken the stage on his own and continues to build up momentum with his distinct voice and catchy productions. His most recent work, a reboot of his hit '1998', this time with the unparalleled artist Banks, lending her verse to the new track. The original '1998' quickly racked up over 4 million views on Youtube and Chet Faker performed it on prime time TV during Jimmy Kimmel Live. The most recent version without doubt takes the tune to the next level. The way in which the voice of both Chet Faker and Banks compliment each other is remarkable and essentially rounds out an already brilliant downtempo number.
