Sensation, the world’s largest themed dance party sponsored by Bud Light, will hit Canada’s Rogers Centre in just a few short weeks. Expect acrobats repelling from the ceiling, pyrotechnics, and life-sized jellyfish floating over the dance floor for this “Oceans of White” themed event. Especially with its mandatory white dress code in place for partygoers, Sensation stimulates the audience with both an auditory and physical experience. The eight-hour event features a carefully selected lineup of DJs including Mr. White, 200 and One, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, Fedde le Grand, Eric Prydz, and Otto Knows. "The majority of electronic dance music shows have heavy or harsh beats throughout the entire event that limits storytelling through music. The strategy behind the Bud Light presents Sensation music is the opposite. We want fans to truly be a part of the story and we select the best artists that contribute to the night’s narrative," says Erick Eerdhuizen, Music Strategist for ID&T. Since its start over 13 years ago in the Netherlands, Sensation has rocked crowds in 70 shows across 20 countries around the world. At the climax of Sensation’s energy, Bud Light is planning a surprise for the crowd that will make the night truly unforgettable.
