Further proving the crossover appeal of Daft Punk, one of rocks most iconic figures has jumped on the “Get Lucky” bandwagon. At this year's (RED) auction at New York City’s Sothebys auction house, U2 front man Bono took to the stage, joined by funk curator Nile Rodgers on electric guitar, to perform the Daft Punk hit single. Hitting that stage in his trademark rose colored glasses, Bono gave it his all, and we’re sure, made the robots proud. Check out his performance in the video below. Raising a total of nearly $13,000,000 for charity, Bono's "Get Lucky" was just the climax of a spectacular evening.
